When this Module is set up for you, we will create a Field Group called Bouppteckning and a Case Type (Practice Area) called Bouppteckning. Both are required for this function to work.
What is Bouppteckning Notifications?
Bouppteckning Notifications was created to allow reminders when a Person has died, to send reminders to the Responsible Case Manager to perform certain tasks.
These reminders are sent out depending on specific criteria's that have not been met. Which is explained in the section Bouppteckning Notifications below.

Adding Bouppteckning Field Group to Case Card
There are two ways to have the Bouppteckning fields to show up.
- Create a Case or Case Request with Case Type "Bouppteckning"
- Changing the Case Type to "Bouppteckning"
When the Case Type has been set, the following fields will be visible on the Case Card, Details-view.
This will create the following fields, in this order.
- Avlidendatum (Deceased Date)
- Förrätningsdatum (Business Date)
- Skickad till kund (Sent to Customer Date)
- Åter från kund (Received from Customer Date)
- Skickad till SKV (Sent to SKV Date)
- Åter från SKV (Received from SKV Date)
- Registrerad hos SKV (Registered with SKV Date)
Bouppteckning Notifications
The notifications that are sent out by the system are as follows, in this order, to all Case Managers with the "Responsible Lawyer"-role set.
- If Avlidendatum (Deceased Date) is set, but Förrätningsdatum (Business Date) is not set, a notification will be sent after 60 days (first notification) and then every day, until Förrätningsdatum (Business Date) is set.

- If Skickad till kund (Sent to Customer Date) is set but Åter från kund (Received from Customer Date) is not set, then a notification will be sent out after 14 Days (first notification) then again once weekly on Monday at 8am CET until Åter från kund (Received from Customer Date) is set.

- If Åter från kund (Received from Customer Date) is set but Skickad till SKV (Sent to SKV Date) is not set, then a notification will be sent out after 7 Days (first notification) then again once weekly on Monday at 8am CET until Skickad till SKV (Sent to SKV Date) is set.
