Stealth Mode
Stealth Mode is an additional Module in LEX247 that may be charged.
We have developed a feature called Stealth Mode. This feature allows you to turn on Stealth Mode that will hide sensitive information. This allows end-Users who are on the move or out of office be able to use LEX247 as normal without having to worry about leaving their device open that may show sensitive information while visiting Clients, or if they are having lunch outside of the office.
When the Module is available to you, end-Users will have the ability to turn on Stealth Mode by clicking the icon specified below.
When this is turned on, it will hide/mask sensitive information in the system.
This is just a glimpse of the feature and it covers all areas on LEX247 across all Cards and Views.
Important Note:
LEX Support Users have this functionality turned on by default, without the possibility to turn it off. When LEX247 Customer Support accesses your environment, we cannot view names of Clients, Cases, Payers, and other sensitive information.

Validation of Swedish Personal Identification Number
When this toggle is turned on, when creating new Person Entities in LEX will validate to ensure the Identity Number of the Person Entity is valid.
The validation is based on the following based on two formats;
-
10 Digit String
-
- This is the most common format, often referred to as YYMMDD-XXXX. The year is represented as 2 digits and the delimiter provides the info required to get the full year.
-
-
12 Digit String
-
- The format that is the recommended one to use when persisting it as it contains the full year as digits and no delimiter that changes over time.
-
The validation is built as per the common logic of Swedish Identification Numbers for Persons.

Outlook Calendar Integration
Outlook Calendar is an additional Module in LEX247 that may be charged.
When clicking Report Asset, and under Time, you can now Connect to your Outlook Calendar.
After connecting, you can now review all of you Calendar events from your Outlook Calendar and report time from those Calendar Events.
The Calendar Events will only show based on the selected Date, and will show all Events (if any) within that selected Date.
You can then report Time based on that Event by clicking on it. When clicking an Event, the Report Asset dialogue will pre-populate the following fields for you;
- Case - it will suggest the Case if the event is a repeating Event where you have already reported Time previously for that event. On the first time reporting for the Event, it will not populate this field and must be selected manually.
- Activity Type - it will suggest the Activity Type if the event is a repeating Event where you have already reported Time previously for that event. On the first time reporting for the Event, it will not populate this field and must be selected manually.
- Description - will apply the name of the Event as the Time Description.
- Duration - will apply the duration of that selected Event.
After clicking the Event, and selecting the required Case/Activity Type (if applicable), you can then report the Time Record accordingly.
Additional Details:
- Once a Time has been reported for an Event, you cannot report a new time record for the same event.
-
- If it is a repeating Event, you can report another Time Record for the same event but for a different day.
- If you have reported time for an Event previously, and that time record has been deleted, the User can report a new time record for the same Event again.
-
- If the Event contains Attendees, a User who is able to report time on behalf of others can select the Event and report time on behalf of the other Attendees.
-
- When this occurs, the User whose time has already been reported for them will not be able to report time again for the same event.

Multiple Timers
You can now start/stop Multiple Timers in LEX.
We have removed the requirement that you must select a Case, before starting a Timer. The requirement to enter a Description remains.
After you have entered a Description for the Time Record, the Timer will start.
The new UI for the Timer still remains on the bottom left corner of your screen, that looks like this.
To start an additional Timer, click on the Add Timer button.
You will be required to enter a Description for the Time Record before starting the Timer.
This will pause the existing Timer and start the new Timer accordingly.
To review all of your Timers click the Show all Timers button.
All of your Timers will be shown as a list, where the Active Timer is displayed at the bottom.
If you have started 10+ Timers, the dialogue will have a scroll bar to be able to scroll up and down.
To report the Timer, you must click the Active Timer then click Report Time.
This will open the Report Asset dialogue, where you can then complete the Time reporting.

General Improvement
Below are some general quality of life improvements made in LEX247.
- As a Case Manager, who has the ability to report Time on behalf of others, the Time Record reported will be automatically approved.
-
- Previously, the Time Records had to be approved after it was reported.

- Client / Payer emails --- if a Custom Field has been applied that contains an Email-field, we have made the following improvements.
-
- If it is the first email address, you will be prompted if you would like to have this be the default Payer email address (to be sent when Invoices are Finalized).
- If there are multiple Client / Payer Email-fields set up, you will now have a drop-down selection of available Email addresses to choose from; no longer required to enter the email address again.
-
Additionally, below are some additional toggles we have implemented.
- Defining who can Close and Reopen Cases.
- Allow Users to Manage Time Records.
- Allow all Users to Manage Expenses.
- Invoices - Hiding the "Sent" button
- Custom Fields, new selection for "Sensitive Content" - which will blur the field in the User Interface of where it will be used.
