At Main Card > Case View, you will see list of your Cases and Case Requests on the right hand side
“MY CASE REQUESTS” will show list of your Case Requests those you are participating
“MY OPEN CASES” display list of your Cases those you are involved
Go to Main Card then click “Create Case” button on the right hand side.
To view a closed case use the “Search Bar” in the header, and enter it’s Case Number, or by searching for by the Client, and then from the Client Card’s Cases view select the case.
If you want to see Case Details in the same window, you can simply click at Case item.
If you want to see Case Details in the new tab/window, you can click at pop up icon at the top right corner of specific Case.
System would then bring you to Case Card > Details View and now you can start working on your Case
