If you would like to change the Payer for your Client which will affect all Cases for this Client unless there is custom Payer set up for specific Case, please follow below steps.
Go to Client Card > Details View, you will see “Billing Information” section that show Payer’s details
To change Payer, click “Pencil” button at the right of the section
You can search for any existing Person and Company by enter text in the Payer Text Box then select one you want
You have option to decide if you want to apply this Payer to all open Cases
Click “OK” button to confirm
Now, it is done and new Payer is set up properly
