Your case will have your Client set up as Payer by default. If you would like to change the Payer, please follow below steps.
Go to Case Card > Details View, you will see “Payer” section that show Payer’s details
To change Payer, click “Pencil” button at the right of the section
You can search for any existing Person and Company by enter text in the Payer Text Box then select one you want
Click “OK” button to confirm
Now, it is done and new Payer is set up properly
