Ensure that there are approved time or expenses reported in the billing unit you want to generate invoices for.
Open Main card, invoices view. In the Action Bar press the button “Generate Invoices”. Now a dialog should appear and the pre-selected option is Billing Unit.

When select billing unit, all approved time and expense records will be gathered for all open cases for the selected Billing Unit
Period end date is the last-day of which to gather time and expense records.
For example, Selecting “30 January 2018” for period end, will not include any records after the 30th of January,
Invoice date, what initial invoice date to set for all the generated draft invoices, this date can be change individually before finalizing each invoice.
Finally to generate invoices press the button “Generate Draft Invoice” and the dialog will close and display a progress bar.
When the all the invoices has been generated the progress bar will show how many invoices was created, and if there was any errors, such as missing information on client/payer these will be displayed here.
In addition a notification will be sent to you as initiator of the bill-run and to each case manager who has invoices to approve.
Notifications are sent both as an e-mail and in the notification-icon within the system.
