All case activities can be found on Main and User card. In activities view allows the user to manage tasks within the application.
The activity view will filter based on what card you are at, for example on the Main and User card you will see all activities where you are assigned to or a participant, while on the Case-card you will only see activities associated with the case, or the Client-card where you will see all activities aggregated from all of the client cases.
Open Main or User card then “Activities”-view, here you will see all upcoming
Tasks and Appointments activities. The default view of Activities is Agenda, you can also switch to a calendar view that by selecting “Calendar” in the view-type that can be found in the right top corner. To filter both Tasks and Appointments select “All”, to see only Task you can press the “Tasks”, to only see Appointments you can press the “Appointments”
