Appointments can be found in the Activities view on Main, Case, Client, Payer and User cards.
The activities view allows you to manage Appointments and Tasks within the application.
To create a new Appointment, open Case-card “Activities”-view, in the action-bar you should see the button “Add Appointment”
You will now see the Create Appointment dialog appear, continue by filling in Description, Start-date, and Duration of the appointment.
The option “Time reported on this activity is Billable by default”, means that if selected all time spent on this appointment should be billable.
Finally, add participants for the appointment and location.
Then press “Create Activity” to create the Appointment.
Now you should see your appointment in the agenda view, as can be seen below.
