Activities can be found on Main, Case, Client or Payer and User card. The activities view allows the user to manage tasks within the application.
The activity view will filter based on what card you are at, for example on the Main-card you will see all activities where you are assigned to or a participant, while on the Case-card you will only see activities associated with the case or the Client-card where you will see all activities aggregated from all of the client cases.
Open Case-card and then “Activities”-view, here you will see all upcoming
Tasks and Appointments activities.
The default view of Activities is Agenda, you can also switch to a calendar view that by selecting “Calendar” in the view-type that can be found in the right top corner. To filter to only see Appointments you can press the “Appointments”-view button on the right top corner.
To edit an appointment click on the “details”-button that can be seen in the right corner of the activity list item.
When the detail button has been pressed you should now see a dialog with all the appointment details. You can go ahead and change the values of an appointment.
All changes except the start/end date are saved directly after you have finished editing a field. If you change the start or end date, you will need to confirm the changes by pressing “Save changes”-button.
When you are finished you can close the dialog by pressing the “Close”-button or the X-button in the top right corner.
You can only edit appointment where you are a participant in, or if you are the creator of the activity. If you are a Case Manager or Assistant then you can edit all appointments within a case.
