Case Creation Dialogue - View Client's Responsible Client Manager
As a User, when creating a new case, the create case dialogue when adding a client will now show the Responsible Client Manager in the search list.
Similar to how this is seen when searching for clients using the Main Search.
Searching with Case and Client Tags
As a User, when using the Main Search, you can now search for tags associated with Cases and/or Clients by using the hashtag character (#).
To search for single word tags - #tag
To search for multiple word tags - #tag tag#
Dashboards-view, New "Work-in-Progress" Summation
As a User, you can now see a WIP Total in the Dashboards-view (Main Card and Case Card).
This new summation is for the total hours not yet billed; Registered and/or Approved.
Main Card & Case Card Dashboard - Display Unbillable and Internal Time
As a User, you can now see an "i"-icon in the Dashboards-view; only if there are Unbillable/Internal times in the date range selected.
Hovering over this icon will display the total summation of both Unbillable and Internal hours.
Hovering over the "i"-icon will show Not billable/Internal hours.
Main Card > Time Records-view - Changing Activity Type
As a User who has recorded time, or as a Case Manager, you can now change the Activity Type on the Main Card. This was previously only possible on the Case Card, Time Records-view.
Click on the "pencil"-icon next to the Activity Type.
Then select a new Activity Type.
Main Card > Time Records-view - Changing Activity Type Group / Activity Type
As a User who has recorded time, or as a Case Manager, you can now also change the Activity Type Group / Activity Type for a time record.
The list that appears will display the Activity Type Group at the top, followed by the Activity Types.
For example:
- Activity Type Group
- Activity Type 1
- Activity Type 2
Click on the "pencil"-icon next to the Activity Type Group / Activity Type.
Then select a new Activity Type Group / Activity Type.
In the above image, the Activity Type Group is called "Consultation Review", underneath it are the Activity Types associated with that Activity Type Group.
Client Card - Expanded Pre-Defined Discounts
As a Client Manager, User with Assistant-role or User with Administrator-role, you can now view/set pre-defined discounts on a specific User-role or Case-role.
To view or set this up, go to the Client Card, Details-view, scroll down the the Discounts section and click on Add Discount... button.
The following dialogue will appear, click on Roles.
Then in the field Select Roles, select either a Case-role or User-role from the drop down menu to apply the discount for.
Report Asset on Internal Cases
When a Case has the Billing Type as Not Billable (Internal), when reporting an asset, the Time is Billable will no longer be selected and disappear.
Case Card > Details-view > under Billing Type.
When reporting time in a none internal case, you will see the Time is Billable ticked by default.
Once you select a Case that has the Billing Type, Not Billable (Internal), the Time is Billable tick box will no longer be an option.
Main Search - Pending Clients
In the Main Search, when searching for a client or case, and the client is "pending" it is now more visible with a striped icon background. Similar to how Case Requests are seen in the Main Search.
Invoice Approval - View List of Approvers on Invoices
As a User with Accounting-rights or an Approver of an Invoice, you can now see a list of Approvers per invoice in the Invoices-view. Without needing to open the invoice to see the list as you normally would.
Simply hover over the icon will display the Users full name.
Once an Approver approves the invoice, the icon will be highlighted in green with a green tick, indicating it has been approved by the approver.
Hovering over an Approver who has approved the invoice will show their name as well as the date of which the invoice was approved.
Company Management - Adding Relationships
A company relationship can be added in the Details-view in the following cards; Client Card, Opponent Card, Payer Card and Entity Card.
Note: there are two types of Entities; Person and Company. You can only add a company relationship if the entity is a Company. For example, if the Client Card entity is a Company, then you can add a company relationship. If the Client Card entity is a Person, then you are unable to add a Company relationship.
As a User with access to a company entity, you can add a related company in the Details-view under Related Companies.
To add a related company, click on Add Relation... button.
The following dialogue will appear.
From here, you can either search for an existing company in LEX247 or create a new company entity by clicking on the Create new Company Entity... button.
If you have an external registry installed, such as BisNode, this will use that integration and search in that external registry as well.
You can also define if the company being added is a Parent Company, Subsidiary or Ultimate Parent.
Once done, click on Add and you are done.
It will then look as below, where it will show the name if the company, the country they are in and a tag that will either say Parent Company, Subsidiary or Ultimate Parent.
Adding a company as a Ultimate Parent or Parent Company, going to that entities Card, you will see that the company is added as a Parent Company automatically.
For example, in the images above we have added Werewolf company as a Subsidiary to Outer Haven., Ltd.
Going into the Entity Card (this could be a Client, Opponent or Payer, but in this case it is an Entity alone), you will see that Outer Haven., Ltd is automatically added as a Parent Company.
