To change a Date on a Time Record on the Main Card, head over to the Main Card, Time Records-view.
Click on the Hours Length field of the Time Record you wish to change the date for.
The following dialogue will appear, click on the Date within the field.
This will bring up the calendar, then you can select the date you wish to change to.
Once you are done, click anywhere outside of the box and the change will be saved automatically.
If you see the following dialogue, then the change was successful.
Notes:
1. The same steps apply to the both Cards, but It is best to typically find the time records within cases, instead of using the Main Card.
2. As a normal User, you can only change the Date on Time Records that belong to you only.
3. As a normal User, you can only change the Date on Time Records that belong to you that has not yet been approved.
4. As a normal User, approved time records cannot be changed.
You will need to contact the case manager or a User with the 'Assistant'-role or 'Administrator'-role to change the time record on your behalf.
5. As a Case Manager, you can edit/change time records belonging to you and other participants, even if they have been approved.
As long as the time record is not part of an invoice that has not yet been Approved or Finalized.
6. As a User with the 'Assistant'-role, you can change/edit time records on others behalf.
As long as the time record is not part of an approved-state or finalized-state invoice.
7. As a User with the 'Administrator'-role you can change/edit time records on others behalf.
As long as the time record is not part of an approved-state or finalized-state invoice.
