You can add a New Company Entity on any of the following cards:
- Client Card
- Opponent Card
- Payer Card
- Entity Card
To add a new company entity on the Client Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Related Companies section.
Click on the Add Relation... button
The following dialogue will appear.
For more information on how to add a Company Relationship, click here.
Click on the Create new Company Entity...
The dialogue will appear, fill in the relevant information as required.
Once you are done filling in the information, click on the Create Entity button.
Then you can define the new company entity being created as either a Parent Company, Subsidiary or Ultimate Parent.
Please note that the Ultimate Parent can only be added once, but you can add as many Entities as either a Parent Company or a Subsidiary to the new company entity.
Once you have selected the relation for the new company entity, click on the Add button and you are done.
The newly created Company Entity will appear under the Related Companies section as below.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Client Manager, Case Manager, or a User with 'Assistant'-role or 'Administrator'-right.
