To create a price list, head over to the Control Panel, under the Billing section, and click on Manage Price Lists.
The list of existing price lists will appear, click the Add button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the following information:
1. Name
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can name the new price list.
2. Start Date
Here is where you can specify the start date of the new price list. By default, today's date will be selected.
Important Note:
The initial selected Start Date will apply all specified fees to all existing unbilled time records after the price list is applied to any level (Case, Client, Practice Area, or Billing Unit).
Specifying only one Start Date will apply from the specified date onwards for all unbilled time records.
If you want to have specific fees to apply for specific periods, you will need to create more than one Start Date with the specified fees you wish to apply for those periods.
Specifying two Start Dates will apply as above. Where fees specified for 2022 will apply onwards until 2023 for all unbilled time records. All unbilled time records in 2023 and after, will have the 2023 fees applied.
If you wish to have time records apply with the same fees for 2022, you will need to create a new Start Date from before 2022 (such as 2021, 2020, 2019, etc) with the same fees as 2022.
3. Can be used in
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can specify which cards will have the new price list available.
4. Rules
Here is where you can define the new price list rule(s).

After entering the information and defining the price list rule(s) and/or filter(s), click the Save button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
