LEX247 allows you to set fees at multiple levels. This article explains the hierarchy of these fee levels, clarifying which fee takes precedence and where each level is configured within the system.
To determine the fee applied to a Time Record, follow the fee level hierarchy from (1), the highest priority, down to (9), the lowest. The first fee encountered at a set level will be the fee applied to the Time Record.
However, you can easily identify the Fee-level applied to a Time Record by hovering over the Amount. It will show a small text box with the Fee-level. What you will be;
- Time
