Report Filters
Notes
This report shows you a list of all open, accepted, closed, or declined cases under each Business Unit within the selected period.
When this report is generated, it will look as below.
To expand the image, right-click on the image and click on Open image in new tab.
Purple lines are Cases. Similar to how the Case Card is purple for easy identification.
Contents of Report
This report will show the following information.
- Business Unit (Affärsenhet)
- Case

- Each Case line will display the following information.

- Case Number
- Client Name
- Case Name
- Opponent (if any)
- Opened By (Öppnad av)

- Name of the User/Lawyer who registered the case.

- Created or Opened Date (Datum)

- Date of which the case was created, or accepted.

- Each Case line will display the following information.

- List of Case Managers & Participants

- Each line below the Case line will display the following information.

- User Name
-
- Name of the Lawyer (User).
- If any, the report will show Acquirers.
- If any, the report will show the most recent KYC Result.

- User Role(s)

- List of the User's role(s) set on the Case Card; Responsible Lawyer, Executive Lawyer, or Invoice Approval Responsible.

- User Name

- Each line below the Case line will display the following information.

- Business Unit Summation
- Total of all Business Unit Summations
Report Filters
This report has a set of standard filters that can be used to further refine the report depending on your criteria. Report filters use the 'and' function, meaning the data that is generated in the report comes back as all true for every selected filter. If the report is empty, try reducing the number of filters selected.
Following filters are available for this specific report.
Period (Case Create Date)
By default, it will be pre-selected for the ‘Last 30 days’.
Period (Case Create Date), after selecting the start/end date, the report will generate data from when cases were created within the selected period.
Billing Unit (Resultatenhet)
Billing Unit filter allows you to select a specific billing unit to generate assets for. Being able to select another billing unit will require you to have the 'Access to all Billing Units'-right set in the Control Panel.
If you do not have the right, this will show the billing unit you belong to. The report will then generate assets that belong to your billing unit.
If you have the right, you can select (if any) other billings units if you wish. Selecting a billing unit will generate assets that belong to that billing unit.
Clients (Klienter)
Client filter allows you to select one or more clients to generate assets/data from the drop-down menu. You can search for the client name or number in the field.
The report will generate assets/data based on the client(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all clients will be included in the report.
Client Managers (Klientansvariga)
Client Managers filter allows you to select a User (lawyer) from the drop-down menu or write in the text box for the specific client manager you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all client managers will be included.
The report will generate assets/data based on the client manager(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all client managers will be included in the report.
Case Type (Ärendetyper)
Case Type is the same as Practice Area.
Case Type filter allows you to select one or more case types (practice areas) to generate assets/data for from the drop-down menu, or write in the text box to search for the specific case type (practice area) you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all case types will be included.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case type(s) (practice areas) selected. If nothing is selected, then all case types (practice areas) will be included in the report.
Case Tags (Ärendetaggar)
Case Tags filter allows you to select one or more case tags from the drop-down menu, or write in the text box for the specific case tag you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all case tags will be included.
Note: only approved Case Tags (in Control Panel) will display in the drop-down menu.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case tag(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all case tags will be included in the report.
Case Status (Ärendestatus)
Case status is the “status” of the case within LEX. There are only three statuses; Open, Closed, Pending Request or Declined Cases. If nothing is selected, then all case status’ will be included.
- Open (Öppna)
Selecting this will only generate assets for cases that are currently open (active). - Closed (Avslutat)
Selecting this will only generate assets for cases that have been closed. - Pending Request (Förfrågan pågår)
Selecting this will only generate assets for cases that are still pending. - Declined Cases (Nekade ärendeförfrågningar)
Selecting this will only generate assets for case requests that have been declined.
Case Manager, Executive Lawyer (Ärendeansvarig, Verkställande jurist)
Case Manager, Executive Lawyer filter allows you to select any User that is a Case Manager with the 'Executive Lawyer'-tag set.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case managers with the 'Executive Lawyer'-tag set. If nothing is selected, then all case managers with the 'Executive Lawyer'-tag set will be included in the report.
Acquirers (Ackvisitörer)
Acquirers filter allows you to select one or more acquireres from the drop-down menu or write in the text box for the specific acquirer you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all acquirers will be included.
Acquirers are seen and set on the Case Card or Client Card, Details-view.
The report will generate assets/data based on the acquirer(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all acquirers will be included in the report.

This will expand the Filters tab to display more report filters that you can use.

Notes:
1. You will only have access to this report if you are a User with 'Reporting'-rights.
2. This report will include cases that have been declined or closed. It will only retrieve information based on cases created within the selected period; not their current status updates.
3. In this report, you can distinguish between an accepted case (open) and a pending case (case request).
- An Open Case will look like this. The purple line will be solid.
- A Pending Case (case request) will be a darker purple with a dotted line around it.
As mentioned #2 (above), the report does not display the case's current status. This means that an Open case can mean it's either Open or Closed and a Pending Case can mean it's either still Pending or has been Declined.
