You can do the following in the Case Card of a Case Request:
Accepting a Case Request
Before accepting a Case Request, ensure that the following requirements are met:
- Case details are complete
- A Conflict of Interest check has been performed
- A Responsible Client Manager has been selected
Click the Accept Case button.
The following dialog will appear.
If the requirements are all met, click the Accept Case button, and you are done.
If either requirement is not met, a 'X' mark with the information will appear in the dialog as below.
After completing the requirements, click the Accept Case button again.
The following dialog will appear, click the Accept Case button, and you are done.
Declining a Case Request
Click the Decline Case button.
The following dialog will appear; you can leave a comment before declining or skipping to the next step.
Click the Decline Case button again, and you are done.
Please note that once you decline a Case Request, it cannot be reopened. However, you can transfer registered assets from the declined Case Request to another Case.

1. Ensure that you are either a Client Manager, a Case Manager, or a User with an 'Assistant'-role set up to be able to make these changes.
