To add a Related Entity, head over to the Client Card, Contacts-view, under the Related Entities section.
Click on the Add Related Entity... button.
The following dialogue will appear as below.
Here you can enter and search for an existing Entity in the text box using the below information to fill in the text box.
- Client Name
- Client Number
- Payer Name
- Opponent Name
- Entity Name
- Entity Identification Number
If you have an external registry integration connection such as BisNode or KVK, then searching for a company name or company registration number will populate the drop-down list with matching results.
If you want to activate BisNode or KVK integration, please email email@example.com.
Or you can click on Create new Person/Company Entity... button.
After selecting an Entity, you will then have to select a role for them. Here you can either search for an existing role from the drop-down.
Or create a new role yourself.
A role can be associated with a Related Entity in many ways. They can be a contact person to receive invoices, a family member, or a workplace.
Once you are done, click on the Add Related Entity button and you are done!
After adding the Related Entity, depending on your selection, the Entity will appear under the Related Entities section as below.
