Contents of Report
Report Filters
Notes
This report shows a list of all Pending, Accepted, and Declined Case Requests within the selected period.
When this report is generated, it will look as below.
To expand the image, right-click on the image and click on Open image in new tab.
Contents of Report
This report will show the following information.
- Business Unit
What business unit the listed case(s) belongs to. - Case Request Status
There are three case request statuses' (below), which will be shown on the far right of the report. Under each case request status will have the following information.
- Pending Case Requests
Pending case requests are dark purple with dotted lines around them.-
- Case
- Case Request Number
- Client Name
- Case Name
- Opened Date
Opened Date is the date when the case request was first created.
- Participants
- User Name
Name of the Lawyer (User).
If any, the report will show Acquirers. - User Role
User Role is the role that is set on the User in the Case Card. If there are multiple roles set, all roles will be displayed.

- Declined Case Requests
Declined case requests are greyed out.-
- Case
- Case Request Number
- Client Name
- Case Name
- Opened Date
Opened Date is the date when the case request was first created. - Closed Date
Closed Date is the date when the case request was declined. - Closed By
Closed By will show the User who declined the case request.
- Participants
- User Name
Name of the Lawyer (User).
If any, the report will show Acquirers. - User Role
User Role is the role that is set on the User in the Case Card. If there are multiple roles set, all roles will be displayed.

- Accepted Cases Requests
Accepted case requests are light purple.-
- Case
- Case Request Number
This will display the case number (not the case request number) if the case request has been accepted. - Client Name
- Case Name
- Opened Date
Opened Date is the date when the case was first created; either as a case request or directly as a case. - Closed Date
Closed Date is the date when the case was accepted. - Closed By
Closed By will show the User who accepted the case request.
- Case Request Number
- Participants
- User Name
Name of the Lawyer (User).
If any, the report will show Acquirers. - User Role
User Role is the role that is set on the User in the Case Card. If there are multiple roles set, all roles will be displayed.

Report Filters
This report has a set of standard filters that can be used to further refine the report depending on your criteria. Report filters use the 'and' function, meaning the data that is generated in the report comes back as all true for every selected filter. If the report is empty, try reducing the number of filters selected.
Following filters are available for this specific report.
Period
By default, it will be pre-selected for the ‘Last 30 days’.
Period, after selecting the start/end date, the report will generate a list of all cases with their "case request" status; Pending Case Request, Declined Cases Request or Accepted Case Request.
Billing Unit (Resultatenhet)
Billing Unit filter allows you to select a specific billing unit to generate assets for. Being able to select another billing unit will require you to have the 'Access to all Billing Units'-right set in the Control Panel.
If you do not have the right, this will show the billing unit you belong to. The report will then generate assets that belong to your billing unit.
If you have the right, you can select (if any) other billings units if you wish. Selecting a billing unit will generate assets that belong to that billing unit.
Case Type (Ärendetyper)
Case Type is the same as Practice Area.
Case Type filter allows you to select one or more case types (practice areas) to generate assets/data for from the drop-down menu, or write in the text box to search for the specific case type (practice area) you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all case types will be included.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case type(s) (practice areas) selected. If nothing is selected, then all case types (practice areas) will be included in the report.
Case Tags (Ärendetaggar)
Case Tags filter allows you to select one or more case tags from the drop-down menu, or write in the text box for the specific case tag you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all case tags will be included.
Note: only approved Case Tags (in Control Panel) will display in the drop-down menu.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case tag(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all case tags will be included in the report.
Case Manager, Responsible Lawyer (Ärendeansvarig, Ansvarig jurist)
Case Manager, Responsible Lawyer filter allows you to select any User that is a Case Manager with the 'Responsible Lawyer'-tag set.
The report will generate assets/data based on the case manager(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all case managers will be included in the report.
Case Manager, Executive Lawyer (Ärendeansvarig, Verkställande jurist)
Case Manager, Executive Lawyer filter allows you to select any User that is a Case Manager with the 'Executive Lawyer'-tag set.
The report will generate assets/data based on the client manager(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all client managers will be included in the report.
Acquirers (Ackvisitörer)
Acquirers filter allows you to select one or more acquirers from the drop-down menu or write in the text box for the specific acquirer you wish to select. If nothing is selected, then all acquirers will be included.
Acquirers are seen and set on the Case Card or Client Card, Details-view.
The report will generate assets/data based on the acquirer(s) selected. If nothing is selected, then all acquirers will be included in the report.
Note:
1. You will only have access to this report if you are a User with 'Reporting'-rights.
