How to Activate an Inactive Activity Type

To activate an inactive activity type, head over to the Control Panel, under the Data Types section, then click on Manage Activity Types.

The list of existing activity types will appear.

Click the Selected View and switch to Inactive activity types view.

After switching the view, you can search for the activity type you want by scrolling through the list or entering the activity type name in the following field.

There are two ways to activate an inactive activity type, and they are as follows.

1. Activating a single activity type
2. Activating multiple activity types

1. Activating a single activity type

Click the 'Pencil'-icon.

The following dialog will appear, click the Activate button.

Click the OK button, and you are done.

2. Activating multiple activity types

Select a single or multiple activity types.

Or select here to select all activity types.

Click the Activate Selected button.

Click the OK button, and you are done.

Note:

1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
