How to Deactivate an Activity Type Group

To deactivate an active activity type group, head over to the Control Panel, under the Data Types section, and click on Manage Activity Type Groups.

The list of existing activity type groups will appear.

You can search for the activity type group you want by scrolling through the list or entering the activity type group name in the following field.

There are two ways to deactivate an active activity type group, and they are as follows:

1. Deactivating a single activity type group
2. Deactivating multiple activity type groups

1. Deactivating a single activity type group

Click the 'Pencil'-icon.

The following dialog will appear, click the Deactivate button.

Click the Deactivate button again.

Click the OK button, and you are done.

2. Deactivating multiple activity type groups

Select a single or multiple activity type groups.

Or select here to select all activity type groups.

Click the Deactivate Selected button.

Click the Deactivate button again.

Click the OK button, and you are done.

Note:

1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
