You can create a New Person Entity on any of the following Cards, where the functionality is identical:
- Case Card
- Client Card
- Opponent Card
- Payer Card
- Entity Card
There are two ways to create a new Person Entity and they are as follows:
- Creating a Client Contact
- Creating a Related Entity
However, in this article, we will create a new Person Entity as a Related Entity on the Client Card.
Head over to the Client Card, Contacts-view, under the Related Entities section.
Click Add Related Entity... button.
The following dialog will appear, click Create new Person/Company Entity...
The following dialog will appear with the Person Entity as the default setting.
You can switch to creating a Company Entity by clicking on Company.

Fill in the following information:
1. First and Last Name
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can name the new Person Entity.
2. Social Security Number
Here is where you can enter the social security number of the new Person Entity.
3. Address Type
Here is where you can specify the address type of the new Person Entity, and the options are as follows:
- Home
- Office
- Billing
4. Address
Here is where you can enter the address of the new Person Entity.
5. Country
Here is where you can specify the country of the address you entered in 4.
6. Mobile Phone
Here is where you can enter the mobile phone of the new Person Entity.
7. Work Phone
Here is where you can enter the work phone of the new Person Entity.
8. E-mail
Here is where you can enter the email address of the new Person Entity.
After filling in the information, click Create Entity button.
The following dialog will appear, click the Select Role... field.
You can specify the role(s) of the new Person Entity by performing the following actions.
- Enter an existing role you want or create a new role
- Select the role you want from the list
After selecting a role(s), click the Add Related Entity button, and you are done.
Once the new Person Entity is created, it will appear in the Entity Card as below.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
