There are two ways to change a time record from hourly fee to fixed fee, and they are as follows:
1. Report Asset Dialog
Head over to the Main Card, and click the Report Asset button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the necessary information and click on Change...
The following fields will appear, click on Fixed.
Click the Register button if you want to continue recording for more time.
Or click the Register & Close button and you are done.
2. Draft Invoice
Head over to the Main Card, Invoices view, under the Drafts section, and click on the invoice to open it.
Click the 'Time'-icon on the time record you want.
The following dialog will appear, click on the Switch to Fixed Fee...
Click the Save Changes button and you are done.

Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Accounting'-rights or a User with 'Assistant'-role set up to be able to change a time record from hourly fee to fixed fee.
