There are two ways to change the time length on a time record, and they are as follows:
1. Time Records-view
To change the time length on the Time Records-view, head over to the Main Card, Time Records-view.
Click the time length field, and enter the length of time you want.
After changing the length, click anywhere in the empty space, and the time and fee will be automatically recalculated and updated.
To change the time length on the Invoices-view, head over to the Main Card, Time Records-view, and click on the invoice to open it.
Click the time length field, enter the length of time you want, and hit the enter key.
Click the Save Changes button and you are done.
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, a User with 'Accountant'-rights or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes on registered assets that have not yet been included in an approved or finalized invoice.
