The Time Records-view can be found on the following cards:
- Main Card
- Case Card
To approve a time record of other Users on the Main Card, head over to the Time Records-view, under the Manage Time section, and the list of registered time records awaiting approval in the Registered section will be displayed as below.
There are two ways to approve a time record, and they are as follows:
1. Approving a single time record
Click the Approve button and you are done.
2. Approving multiple time records
Select a single or multiple time records.
Or select here to select all of the time records.
Click the Approve button and you are done.

Notes:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, or a User with 'Assistant'-role set up to be able to approve time records.
2. If you are a Case Manager, the system should automatically approve a time record immediately after you register it.
