You can upload a file, such as a copy of a receipt, to an expense in the following views, where the functionality is identical:
- Expenses-view
- Invoices-view
To upload a file, such as a copy of a receipt, to an expense, head over to the Main Card, Expenses-view, under My Expenses section.
Click the Details button.
The following dialog will appear.
There are two ways to upload a file to an expense, and they are as follows:
1. Upload File(s) button
Click the Upload File(s) button.
Select any files you want, wait for the upload to complete, then click the Close button, and you are done.
2. Drop files here
Drag and drop any files you want into the following area.
Wait for the upload to complete, click the Close button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Accounting'-rights set up to be able to make changes to registered assets on a draft invoice for other Users.
