You can use the Note function on the following Cards, where the functionality is identical:
- Case Card
- Client Card
To use a Case Note on an existing case, head over to the Case Card, Details-view, under the Notes section, then click on the field and enter a note.
You can also do the following actions:
- Mentioning people
Here is where you can use the @username notation to mention other Users. - Adding hashtags
- #Billing (#Fakturering - SE)
Here is where you can make a note that will appear as an invoice comment on an invoice. For more information about invoice comments, click here.
The result will appear as below.
Please note that Notes with the #Billing hashtag will appear on every invoice in the Case, including existing ones. - #Timereporting (Tidrapportering - SE)
Here is where you can turn a note into a warning message that will appear in a report asset dialog when reporting time. This is for informational purposes only.

Here is where you can turn a note into a warning message that will appear in the Report Asset dialog when reporting expenses. This is for informational purposes only.

After adding notes, hit enter or click on the Add button, and you are done.
Notes:
1. Case Notes functionality in the Case Card works the same as in the Create Case Dialog. You can mention Users, and use the special hashtag features.
2. To delete a Case Note, hover your mouse cursor over the Note until the Delete button appears, click on it, and you are done.
