To turn an existing case confidential, head over to the Case Card, Details-view, under the Confidential section.
Click on the toggle switch button.
In a scenario where you are a User with specific role and system rights but not a case participant, the following dialog will appear: If you click on the No option, you will lose access to the case, even with additional rights.
When you enable confidentiality, the case will appear to Users who are not case participants as below.
Notes:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights setup to be able to make a change.
2. After a case has been defined as confidential, other Users who are not case participants are no longer permitted to report time to the case. In addition, if an asset is unintentionally reported to and accepted by a Case Manager, the User who reported the asset will not be added to the case as a case participant.
