To change a Case Language on the Case Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Case Language section.
Click the Case Language drop-down dialog.
You can search for the Case Language by performing the following actions:
- Enter the Case Language you want
- Select the Case Language you want from the list
After selecting the Case Language, the change will be saved automatically.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
