To change the Billing Type on the Case Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Billing Type section.
Click the drop-down dialog.
The following dialog will appear, and the options are as follows:
This option is pre-selected by default.
Select this option if the Case is billable.
- Not Billable
Select this option if the Case is not billable but is not an Internal Case.
- Not Billable (Internal)
Select this option if the Case is not billable and is an Internal Case.
Select this option to pause billing.
Select the Billing Type from list, and the change will be saved automatically.
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
