To change the Billing Type on the Case Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Billing Type section.
Click the drop-down dialog.
The following dialog will appear, and the options are as follows:
- Billable
This option is pre-selected by default.
Select this option if the Case is billable. - Not Billable
Select this option if the Case is not billable but is not an Internal Case. - Not Billable (Internal)
Select this option if the Case is not billable and is an Internal Case. - Paused
Select this option to pause billing.
Select the Billing Type from list, and the change will be saved automatically.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
