To add a new Appointment on the Case Card, head over to the Activities-view, and click the Add Appointment... button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the information as follows:
1. Description
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can enter the description for the new Appointment.
2. Start Date
Here is where you can specify a start date and time for the new Appointment.
3. End at
Here is where you can specify a due date and time for the new Appointment.
4. All day event
Select this option if the new Appointment is an all day event.
5. Time reported on this Activity is Billable by default
Deselect this option if the new Appointment is not billable by default.
6. Participants
Here is where you can add any LEX Users as Participants in the Appointment.
7. Location
Here is where you can specify the location of the Appointment.
After filling in the information, click the Create Activity button and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
