To change an Activity Type on an existing Task on the Case Card, head over to the Activities-view.
Click on Details.
The following dialog will appear.
Click on the drop-down dialog.
Select an Activity Type you want from the list.
Click the Close button and you are done.
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
2. The User assigned to the Task can make changes and mark it as completed, but unable to delete it.
