To update an Appointment Participant on the Case Card, head over to the Activities-view.
Click on Details.
The following dialog will appear.
There are two ways to update an Appointment Participant and they are as follows:
1. Removing an existing Participant
If you want to remove an existing Participant, click the 'X-icon.
Click the Close button and you are done.
2. Adding an additional Participant
If you want to add an additional Participant, click the Participants field.
Enter the name of the User you want, and once it appears on the list, click on it.
Click the Close button and you are done.
Notes:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
