There are two ways to define an alias on the Client Card, and they are as follows:
1. Defining a Company Alias
To define an alias on the Client Card, head over to the Details-view.
Click on Define company alias...
The following dialog will appear.
Enter the alias you want, click the Save button and you are done.
2. Defining a Person Alias
To define an alias on the Client Card, head over to the Details-view.
Click on Define person alias...
The following dialog will appear.
Enter the alias you want, click the Save button and you are done.
When looking for a company in the system, you have the option to search using an Alias instead of the full name.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
