To add a company and job title for a Person Client, head over to the Client Card, Details-view.
You can perform the following actions:
1. Adding a Company
Click on the field and enter the company name you want.
Click anywhere in the empty space, and the changes will be saved automatically.
2. Adding a Job Title
Click on the field and enter the job title you want.
Click anywhere in the empty space, and the changes will be saved automatically.
Notes:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
2. You can remove the Company or Job Title by simply clicking on the field and hitting the backspace key.
