To add a Default Case Fee on the Client Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Default Hourly Fee's section, click on the Set Default Case Fee selection.
The following dialog will appear with the Price List option pre-selected; click on the drop-down dialog.

Select Hourly Fee.
The following dialog will appear; enter the fee in the Hourly Fee field.
Click the next field to select the Case Currency.
Click the 'Tick'-icon, and you are done.

Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
