To add a case note when creating a case, head over to the Main Card, Cases-view, and click on the Create Case button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the required information as you would when creating a new case, then click on the Add Notes...
This will bring down a background text box in which you can enter a case note.
Once you have finished adding case notes, click the Create Case or Create Case Request button, depending on which you want to create.
Once the case has been created, the case note will appear under the Notes section, as shown below.
Note:
1. The Case Card's Case Notes functionality is identical to that of the Create Case Dialog.
