You can mark a period as done on any of the following cards:
- Main Card
- Case Card
To mark a period as done for a specific case, head over to the Main Card, Time Records-view, under the My Time section.
Click on the Period Done button.
The following dialogue will appear.
Click on the Add Case button.
Click on the Select a Case... drop-down dialogue.
From here, you can search for the case by either scrolling through the list, or entering one of the following information.
- Case Name or Number
- Client Name or Number
After selecting a case, click on the date field to set the date you have finished reporting time.
Yesterday will be pre-selected as the done period, clicking on the date field will bring down a small calendar that will allow you to set a new date you have finished reporting time on.
Once you have selected the done period, click on the Confirm button and you are done.
In the scenario where the done period of the case being added is older than the main period set for all cases, the following dialogue will appear, click on the OK button to confirm.
Once you have clicked OK, the case will not be visible in the Mark period as done dialogue due to a newer date has already been set as the main period.
