How to Search for Cases or Clients Using Tags

To search for a Case or Client Tag on the Main Card, click on Main Search.

There are two ways to search for a Case or a Client using Tags, and they are as follows:

1. Tag with a single word
2. Tag with multiple words

1. Tag with a single word

To search for a Tag with a single word, type #casetag or #clienttag without any spaces between the words, and the result will be as shown below.

2. Tag with multiple words

To search for a Tag with multiple words, type #case tag# or #client tag# with space between words, and the result will be as shown below.
