To add a new invoice profile, head over to the Control Panel, under the Billing Section, and click on Manage Invoice Profiles.
The list of existing invoice profiles will appear, click the Add Invoice Profile button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the necessary information as follows:
1. Language
Here is where you can change the default language for the new invoice profile from the system language to any language you want.
To make the new invoice profile multilingual, simply enter the information in the default language, then select another language and enter the information again.
2. Name
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can enter the name of the new invoice profile which will be visible only in the Control Panel.
3. Display Name
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can enter the display name of the new invoice profile which will be visible throughout the system.
4. VAT Percentage
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can enter the default outgoing VAT that will be used on invoices.
5. Available Invoice Templates
Here is where you can specify which invoice templates will be able to use the new invoice profile.
6. Default Invoice Template
Here is where you can specify which of the invoice templates from 5. will be the default template for the new invoice profile.
7. Available Invoice Specifications
Here is where you can specify which invoice specifications will be able to use the new invoice profile.
8. Default Invoice Specification
Here is where you can specify which of the invoice specifications from 7. will be the default specification for the new invoice profile.
9. Available Credit Notes
Here is where you can specify which credit notes will be able to use the new invoice profile.
10. Default Credit Note Template
Here is where you can specify which of the credit notes from 9. will be the default credit note for the new invoice profile.
11. Define Chart of Accounts
To define the chart of accounts, you must first create the new invoice profile.
After filling in the information, click the Create button.
Click the OK button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
