All Users are able to share reports with other specified Users but to Share to Business Units and Everyone is only available to those with the 'Reporting'-right set.
To share an existing saved report with other users, head over to the Main Card, Reports-view, and click on the report you wish to share.
Click on the Edit button ('Pencil'-icon) at the bottom of the filter window.
The following dialogue will appear, click on the Report available for entities field.
Share options with 'Reporting'-rights
Users with the 'Reporting'-right will have the following Share options.
- Only me
Select this if you want to share the report for yourself only. - Shared with Users...
Here you can select from a list of active Users. - Shared with Business Units / Users...
Here you can select to share the report to all User within a Business Unit and/or any active User. - Everyone
Select this if you want to share the report to all active Users.
Once you are done selecting who to share the report with, click on the Update button and you are done.
Share options without 'Reporting'-rights
Users without the 'Reporting'-right will have the following Share options.
- Only me
Select this if you want to share the report for yourself only. - Shared with Users...
Here you can select from a list of active Users.
Once you are done selecting who to share the report with, click on the Update button and you are done.
Notes:
1. All Users have the ability to Save reports.
2. If you are a User who is not a Client or Case Manager and do not have the 'Reporting'-right, you will only have access to Personal Reports.
3. If you are a User who is a Client or Case Manager and do not have the 'Reporting'-right, you will have access to All Standard Reports.
4. If you are a User with 'Reporting'-right, you will have access to All Standard and Custom Reports.
