Improved Dashboards-view

We are in the process of enhancing the Dashboards-view, enabling us to introduce impressive new features for both current and future Dashboards functionality.

Among the fresh inclusions in the Dashboard are new views tailored for Users with specific roles or rights within the system. For instance, apart from the Personal Dashboards, there will be new Dashboards tailored to Client/Case Managers, Business Unit Managers, and Partners.

Additionally, you will gain the capability to effortlessly add, delete, rearrange, and adjust the size of Widgets in every Dashboard view.

Improved Invoices-view

We are presently refreshing the user interface for the Invoices-list, found on the Main Card and other Cards where you can see the list of invoices.

Our primary emphasis lies on enhancing usability and performance, aimed at making the workflow feel more efficient for the end-user.

Improvement Examples

Refresh of User Interface.
1. - The User Interface will be familiar but with usability improvements based on user feedback.
New Selectable 'Group By'-filters, such as:
- - Invoice Amount: list the largest invoice amount at the top.
  - Creation Date: list when the Invoice was created, either by the earliest at the top or oldest.
  - Approved Status: list unapproved invoices at the top, and partially approved below.
  - Sent Status: list Invoice that have been unsent at the top, and sent at the bottom.

WIP Evaluation

We are presently in the process of creating a new workflow called WIP Evaluation. This workflow will provide you with the ability to assess the ongoing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and track the percentage/amount of Obsolescence across your clients and cases within the selected period.

Improved Conflict of Interest Check

We are presently enhancing the Conflict of Interest check within LEX.

The upgraded Conflict of Interest check will incorporate extra details for the end-user, encompassing relationships with Related Entities and Related Companies. Moreover, we are refining the search results to grant users the ability to label specific findings as 'Not Relevant,' with the option to add a comment.
