To add or upload a new file to an existing Document Template Folder, head over to the Control Panel, under the General section, click Manage Document Templates.
The list of existing Document Templates will appear; click the Add Document Template button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the necessary information as follows:
- Name
- Description (Optional)
- Document template available in
- Upload file(s)
To learn more about creating a new Document Template, click here.
After filling in the information, click the Folder path field.
Select an existing Document Template folder to which you want to upload the new file.
Click the Save button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to gain access to the Control Panel.
