To create a bankruptcy case, head over to the Main Card, Cases-view, and click on the Create Case button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the required information as you would when creating a new case, then select the following selection for the following fields.
- Practice Area
In the Practice Area field, select "Bankruptcy" from the drop-down dialog.
- Case Tags
In the Case Tags field, enter "Bankruptcy" and click on it when the tag appears.
If you skip this step, the system will not generate a bankruptcy document structure that will appear in the Case Card, Documents-view, and you will have to manually add the Bankruptcy tag to the Client Card to enable the Bankruptcy fields.
Click the Create Case or Create Case Request button, depending on which you want to create, and you are done.
Note:
1. The maximum number of responsible Client Managers can be set in Control Panel, Law-firm settings.
