To deactivate an active user experience level, head over to the Control Panel, under the Data Types section, click on Manage User Experience Levels.
The list of user experience levels will appear, you can search for the user experience level you want by scrolling through the list or entering the user experience level title in the following field.
There are two ways to deactivate a user experience level, and they are as follows:
1. Deactivating a single level
Click the 'Pencil'-icon.
The following dialog will appear, click the Deactivate button.
Click the Deactivate button again.
Click the OK button, and you are done
2. Deactivating multiple levels
Select a single or multiple user experience levels.
Or select here to select all user experience levels.
Click the Deactivate Selected button.
Click the Deactivate button again.
Click the OK button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
