To re-add an excluded Case Participant to a Case, head over to the Case Card, Participants-view, under the Participants section.
Hover your mouse cursor over the excluded Case Participant you want, once the 'Plus'-icon (the Activate button) appears, click on it and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, or a User with 'Assistant'-role set up to be able to make changes.
