To create a new time bank, head over to the Control Panel, under the Data Types section, and click on Manage Time Banks.
The list of existing time banks will appear, click the Add Time Bank button.
The following dialog will appear.
Fill in the following information:
1. Language
Here is where you can change the default language for the new time bank from the system language to any language you want.
To make the new time bank multilingual, simply enter the information in the default language, then select another language and enter the information again.
2. Name
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can name the new time bank.
3. Hour
This field is mandatory.
Here is where you can specify the available hours for the new time bank.
4. Period Type
Here is where you can define the period type of the new time bank, and the options are as follow:
- Yearly: select this if the period type's end date is the last day of the year based on the start date.
- Custom: select this to specify the end date of the period type.
5. Start Date
Here is where you can specify the start date of the period type.
6. End Date
Here is where you can specify the end date of the period type. Please note that this field will be editable only when the custom period type is selected.
After filling in the information, click the Create button.
Click the OK button, and you are done.
Note:
1. Ensure that you are a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to access Control Panel.
