After you have created time bank(s) in the Control Panel, you can add time bank to the following cards.
1. Client Card
To add a time bank to a Client Card, head over to the Details-view, under the Time Bank section, click the Add... button.
The list of available time banks will appear, and they will be retrieved from the following (if any):
- Available time bank(s) in the system
- Time bank(s) of the client payer(s)
- Time bank(s) of the client's related entities
Select the time bank you want.
Click the Confirm button, and you are done.
Once the time bank is added, it will be displayed with the amount of time spent as below.
2. Case Card
To add a time bank, head over to the Case Card, Details-view, under the Time Bank section, click the Add... button if you want to add a specific time bank you want.
The list of available time banks will appear, and they will be retrieved from the following (if any):
- Time bank(s) of the case's client(s)
- Time bank(s) of the client payer(s)
- Time bank(s) of the client's related entities
- Time bank(s) of the case's payer(s)
- Time bank(s) of the case's related entities
Select the time bank you want.
Click the Confirm button, and you are done.
Once the time bank is added, it will be displayed as below:
- Case Card
The time bank will be displayed with the amount of time spent as below. - Report Asset Dialog
The time bank will be displayed with the time bank balance as below. - Time Records-view
Time records registered after the time bank was added will have a label that displays the name of the time bank in use as below.
3. Payer Card
To add a time bank, head over to the Payer Card, Details-view, under the Time Bank section, click the Add... button if you want to add a specific time bank you want.
The list of available time banks will appear, select the time bank you want.
Click the Confirm button, and you are done.
Once the time bank is added, it will be displayed with the amount of time spent as below.
4. Entity Card
To add a time bank, head over to the Entity Card, Details-view, under the Time Bank section, click the Add... button if you want to add a specific time bank you want.
The list of available time banks will appear, select the time bank you want.
Click the Confirm button, and you are done.
Once the time bank is added, it will be displayed with the amount of time spent as below.

Notes:
1. Ensure that you are either a Case Manager, a Client Manager, a User with 'Assistant'-role, or a User with 'Administrator'-rights set up to be able to make changes.
2. When adding time banks, ensure that you add them in the correct order. Currently, you have to do this one-by-one, selecting multiple time banks will order the time banks based on the available hours of the time banks. For example, having time banks with values of 100, 50, and 80 will order the time banks as 50,80, and 100 respectively. If you want to add time banks in a specific order, please add them one by one. Meaning you will have follow the above instructions x times based on the amount of time banks you want to add.
