To search for a closed or declined Case Request, head over to the Main Card.
Click on the Show Closed Cases toggle button on the Main Search to turn it on.
Once the show closed cases option is on, you can enter any of the information below to search for the closed case(s) or declined case request you want.
- Case Name
- Case Number
- Client Name
- Client Number
The closed or declined Case Request will then appear in the list.
